It is important for Tenant(s) to periodically check Premises for any defects such as leaking water under the sink, sprinkler system improperly watering lawn and plants etc.  Persistent water leaks can cause serious and costly structural.  Tenant(s) will be held financial liable for any damages incurred to the home due to neglect or lack of reporting problem(s).   Also keep in mind it is very important to change our your AC/Heating filter as to not restrict air flow to the system.  Lack of air flow will cause unit be be forced and cause failure.
