The Lease listing – tenant placement service is a one-time service charge for each new tenant placed in your home.

Property Management

ON MANAGEMENT CONTRACTS

Full property management services for SFR properties are charged monthly and deducted from the tenant’s rent payment.

$99/per month

Lease Renewal

ON MANAGEMENT CONTRACTS

This service includes notifications, revisions or extensions of the original lease terms, inspections, and the full execution of a new lease.

$150/per renewal

*** Additional fees may apply: Assisting or overseeing repairs and remodeling projects beyond our standard repair and cleaning will incur an additional $200 on the tenant placement cost. Properties located outside of the Victor Valley community, County properties, and properties with swimming pools/spas will have a set management fee of $135 per month. *** Rental Dwelling Business License Requirement: All owners are required to obtain a local city ordinance rental dwelling business license for the cities of Adelanto, Apple Valley, Hesperia, Oak Hills, and Victorville to include any HOA communities. All renewal payments, inspections, and violation notices shall be handled by Summit Leasing Group.

Lease Contract Service

NON-MANAGEMENT CONTRACTS

Summit Leasing Group will prepare and execute the lease agreement contract, addenda, disclosures, and lease renewals on behalf of the Landlord/Owner. We use the California compliance contracts and all required disclosures.

Full Property Inspection Service

Summit Leasing Group will conduct an interior and exterior inspection of the property and provide the Landlord/Owner with images and an inspection report.

Drive-By Home Inspection Service

Summit Leasing Group will do a drive-by of your property, take pictures of the front area, and provide the Landlord/Owner with images and an inspection report.
