Summit Leasing Group has a strict but fair qualification guideline for all our applicant(s). Rental application required for anyone 18 years or older. Here is our standard pre-qualification guidelines:
* 650 Fico Score Requirement. Call to discuss or clarify lower scores
* No current or prior evictions
* Total household net income = 2.75 times the rent
* 2 month verifiable income (company check stubs, w2, 1099, 1040)
* 2 month bank statements for each primary applicant or joint accounts ok
* Hight debt-to-income ration will not be considered
* Valid drivers license or State ID required
* Valid Social Security Number
* Excellent rental history
* No co-signers
* No aggressive pet breeds or cats permitted
*** Any misleading, incorrect or falsification of information on the rental application will not be considered and automatically rejected.
Summit Leasing Group acts in accordance with the California Tenant & Landlords Laws. We do abide by a strict policy on all of our properties. Any form of breach of contract will be handle as allowed by California State Laws.
