Summit Leasing Group has a strict but fair qualification guideline for all our applicants. A rental application is required for anyone 18 years or older. Here are our standard pre-qualification guidelines:
* 670 Fico Score Requirement. Call to discuss lower scores
* No current or prior evictions
* Total household net income = 3 times the rent
* 3-month verifiable income (company check stubs, W2, 1099, 1040)
* 3-month bank statements for each primary applicant or joint accounts
* A high debt-to-income ratio will not be considered
* Valid state driver’s license or State ID required
* Valid Social Security number
* Excellent rental history
* No co-signers
* No aggressive pet breeds or cats permitted
*** Any misleading, incorrect, or falsification of information on the rental application will not be considered and will automatically be rejected.
Summit Leasing Group acts in accordance with the California Tenant & Landlord Laws. We do abide by a strict policy on all of our properties. Any form of breach of contract will be handled as allowed by California State Laws.
