Summit Leasing Group is a family owned and operated business specializing in residential leasing and management services dedicated solely to the Victor Valley, High Desert Communities. The type of properties includes single-family residences, town-homes, multi-family, and condos.
We provide both tenant placement service (leasing) and full-service property management. Property owners may have the option to use tenant placement service independent from our management service or can be contracted for both. We get the property rented quickly to qualified tenants, consistently disperses the rental proceeds on time and inspects and maintains the property throughout the lease – all the while complying with the ever-changing rules and regulations in the California Tenant and Landlord Laws.
Our mission is to minimize expenses and legwork for busy home and investor owners. We oversee the many tasks of vacancy filling, tenant screening, rent payment, business licensing, repairs and evictions and take a large portion of rental property management onto ourselves. This frees up our clients time to seek out new properties, operate their business and live their own lives.

He provided a profile of the house for the touring. He promptly returned all phone calls and had advertising in place as soon as possible.
